Depends on definition/criteria.
I will say this:
Most every member in DX and Evolution prospered at some point (titles) when he was at the helm. In the case of Evolution, two of the members went on to become multiple-time world champions.
As far as kayfabe, this demonstrates an impressive eye for talent and coaching/mentoring acumen.
