Watched this in the afternoon. It was a good doc, although it had a lot of dikkriding it wasn't as much as I expected and it didn't make Triple H seem like a bigger star than he really is (you get the inevitable "he's one of the greatest ever" quotes here and there but HHH "mind for the business" was the pushed angle, not his star power).

You can tell he is respected as fukk, I don't care what position La Nariz has in the company, Taker and Rock ain't getting interviewed unless they want to talk.

I also liked how they touched on the horrible match against Orton at Mania 25. Hunter admitted that they should've had a war but ended up with a lackluster, regular match.

Michael Hayes took carny to a whole 'nother level (he can sell whatever the hell they tell him to sell at this point ) and I could barely understand what HHH's parents were saying :pachaha:

I liked it. It would've been cool to see some of the negative aspects portrayed but I guess i don't expect that from a WWE DVD. I never knew that Stone Cold didn't want to put him over at Summerslam 99. So when Stone Cold dropped the belt to Foley and then Foley dropped it to HHH on RAW the next night...I never knew the reason behind that.

It's obvious Triple H loves the business and I enjoyed the DVD. I still think by and large as Jim Cornette would say "He's the guy that works with the GUY." Most of his best matches are with Rock, Austin, and Taker. Still one of the best heels ever for a period.

Isn't that what a great heel does? Course your matches with the greats are better and more memorable, but isn't that true for everybody?

Someone said they spoke against Austin on here..true or false?

I wouldn't say they spoke against Austin necessarily. They were talking about the first Time HHH won the strap and that Austin didn't want to drop the title to HHH at Summerslam 99. Foley said they brought him in for the triple threat match and Austin dropped the belt to him, and then Foley dropped it the next night on RAW to HHH.

Triple H didn't seem angry about it, and neither did Foley, although Foley did say he thought it was "strange" and that "The first title win probably would have had more meaning if Stone Cold had put Triple H over the night before at Summerslam." Austin didn't speak about it on the DVD.
