It makes their lives infinitely harder that’s why. If delineation was one of the caveats of the immigration act as it should have been. They’d have a lot less success than they do now and a lot less room to pump up their chest

Being able to move to America and sign off as “black” on paper and immediately inherit the perks of a 400 year struggle that you had no part in is one of the greatest gifts in the history of humankind.

So many people have been able to feed their families here and abroad using the vehicle that is America Blackness.
