They gave Bobby conspiracy. It's the same thing. They can't pin anything on Bobby so they gave him the worst possible charge.
They don't know what really happened but they can't give him murder cause it wouldn't make sense. Fact is that he aimed at somebody and it's on video. Guns are made to kill, if you shoot at somebody, what are you trying to do?
He'll probably beat it cause it's bullshyt but it's understandable to why he got charged with AM.
