Is he driving a refer? I’m sure something inside obviously got pressurized and didn’t like it, but what?

"I’m a professional driver and this is a refrigerated trailer with dry ice in it. This is a hazmat load because of reasons like this. There’s s no ventilation for the gas of dry ice to escape. This form of transportation in the USA is illegal. In the USA it is transferred in tanks with a triangle placard identifying the compression of gas ."

This is confusing. Are they using the dry ice to refrigerate the trailer, or are they using the container to transport dry ice.
