True or bs: in 2003 53% of black ppl killed by black people, 0.77% by white people

Just saw this and was wondering if it's bs or realistic.

2 wrongs clearly don't make a right.

However if 53% of black people who got killed got killed by blacks and 'only' <1% by whites - it looks crazy that we are flipping out over cops but apparently are totally ok with other black people killing black people.

We celebrate black on black crime (worldstar). We only get angry when a white person does it?
