If you're over 35-40, try taking care of yourselves brehs, nothing is promised but demise

That last part is 100%. About 7 years ago (I was 36 at the time) I had a cardiac event at work. Spent time in the hospital, sleep studies, many visits to a cardiologist……it was a wake up call.

Quit smoking, eating junk, and now spend 5x a week at the gym.

As you said…..take care of yourselves brehs. You have nothing if you don’t have your health.
