De La Soul‘s Trugoy The Dove aka Plug Two is in the house with a demo track from back in the day, recorded around ’90 – ’91. The concept would soon be used for Chi Ali‘s ’92 track Roadrunner off his debut album

I always saw that it was mostly Fashion from the Beatnuts. And Mista Lawnge from Black Sheep wrote "Age Aint Nothin But A #" cause that was the song he produced. Beatnuts did every other track and that's how they got their deal w/ Relativity Records.
