Except we don't know what Obama has ordered versus any part of his administration. The FBI can be ordered by a president to look into something or it can do its own thing as its own entity. There are also other agencies that do things without the president all the time.

Trump is attempting to tie this to Obama because he feels like he is being attacked via Sessions, Flynn, etc. It's a political hit back.

Once again, if something egregious happens to Obama because Trump fired up his base then you better expect the consequences to get real fast.

I was answering with the premise that "technically part of the investigation didn't go through FISA or something ". I agree Obama hasn't been pinned at this point.
