Kris Kobach is one of the most racist politicians in America, he's based his entire career on running around the country trying to stop Black and Brown people from voting by screaming "illegals!" or "voter fraud!". Like 90% of his adult life has been spent trying to hurt Black or Brown people in one way or another.
So he becomes Attorney General in Kansas, and he makes voter fraud the centerpiece of his work, focuses all his office resources on it.
In 3 years his office is only able to find 9 people to prosecute for voter fraud and 8 of them are old White Republicans living on the state borders and voting on both sides.
