Market is in the absolute can.

It’s going to be difficult to dig out of this because things like A.I are going to keep taking jobs.

My theory/expectation is that Trump cares mainly about the market but there’s no way to fix it at this point and he knows the war looks horrible.

“Firing” Kristi Noem is a way for him to save face a little without fixing any problem whatsoever.

I’m going to expect other fires of the publicly “unlikable” ones as well: Bondi, Kash, Lutnick and Leavitt if the market continues to tank. A whole bunch of moves that don’t solve the market problems and make him look busy. That’s the grifter play.

I met her once when she came to my airport. Almost felt bad for then cause she caught the measles which delayed her visit and then some one in DC stole her whole purse with cash and thumb drives in it. But with this current shutdown and her blatant incompetence, fukk it. We don’t even care. Just fund us already. My co workers begging for train rides to get to work, using dish soap to bathe themselves. I’m not too bad, I saved just in case this was happening but still, my fellow TSA officers feel depressed and desperate because no one really gives a fukk that we are suffering this shutdown. ICE and border patrol are being paid from trumps big beautiful bill that gave them $75 billion (ICE) and $64 billion (CPB). In comparison I believe we only get $4-5 billion with our pay equity. Anyways it’s a plus she’s gone. This new dude Mullin is supposedly “better “ ie he is respected across the party lines and lately he’s been a Trump brown noser but not historically. Back in 2020 he and Trump got into over a few issues. He might not be that much of a pushover. Anyways I hope her firing leads to them funding us soon. I make 20 years this month. Wow…
