A lot of countries have this citizenship by investment, a few Caribbean countries you can buy citizenship, like Dominica is around 200k. Other countries you can invest and get permanent resident but citizenship requires years. Not sure who this is catering to since if you’re rich enough to buy this, you won’t need us citizenship and for people that want us citizenship, it cost too much. I rather pay Malta 600k and get eu citizenship.
