There is a camp that believes Black people are less confused about white supremacy when it's in your face. Whereas when it's subtle, it's more effective because Black folk (& other non-white groups) are lulled to sleep by the deceptions of white smilies and adulations. They are brainwashed into accepting and advocating/fighting for white domination and totally unaware of it.
Right, but that's not really how it works. Cops still kill black men in large numbers under anyone's regime despite blow back they may get. Local governments still engage in racist practices. That's not going anywhere white supremacy is the bedrock of American culture. It's always there. I don't know what now having the entire government participating in it openly does for black people.
Also very quickly if white supremacy is now in the open how does that equate to us getting reparations?

Its always been passive aggressive cope said by people who just wanna be bigoted to others (women, gay people), and who dont even like blackness themselves. So they are willing to put up with anti black racism.
The reality is that "open white supremacy" is worse for black people because it means there is a culture where open racism is more ACCEPTED and less punished. This is incredibly obvious
Look at how many black women have gotten fired. Look at how Trummp is giving cops immunity. Look at how the Supreme Court is overturning everything
It's about how we respond to the racism. More cohesion or being "on code" with each other, and less excuses made for white people (from my read of that line of thinking).
I don't believe in it. I am of the camp, the more we educate our children, the better off we'll be.

I guarantee you 99% of these "I like my racism in the open" probably have the same views as white supremacists do on many issues.

Remember when that banned poster Himmyhendrix said that he prefers white Supremacy over any other system. I think this is what Tariq is selling getting Black people comfortable with the idea of open white Supremacy over a more liberal (which has its flaws) system or at least a more moderate one. It was never about reparations.

it forces black folks to set aside petty differences and come together for the survival of our race and our seeds after us. It shouldn't be any more black bloods or crips. There shouldn't be anymore 20 different Christian denominations that separate black folks. There shouldn't be black republicans and democrats fighting every 4 years. Middle class blacks vs poor vs Boule blacks. We should band together to fight against our common enemy. Cacs got our back against the wall and it's time to come together because we are all we got.
