I can’t see them turning on Trump, but at the same time, I feel like maga’s grown bigger than he has. It’s kind of hard to explain. But if I had to put it into words, it’s like, whatever pull he has over them IS there, but they’re not just motivated by him, they’re hateful and angry, and as long as they think immigrants, minorities and anyone they don’t agree with is taking their jobs/money/country/whatever, and as long as they have a social media empire feeding them this, the more the maga fire stays lit. What I’m afraid happening is another “Charlie Kirk” incident, manufactured or not, that “brings them together” I think miller or theil or whoever is very-obviously puppeteering Trump will make that happen if he is sick and has to step down before his term is up and maga takes a blow.The sad/pathetic/frustrating thing is even if MAGA did turn on Trump…..they’d just lie dormant with a few outbursts of domestic terrorism, and be wrangled and ridden by the next Mitch McConnell of the Republican party til the next right wing ayatollah comes about.
While “dormant”, Dems will reach across the aisle and play nice with the Strom Thurmonds, McConnells, Cheneys of the Republikkkan party yet again.

Really hope we get a legit primary on the Dem side for 2028. I can see Newsom playing footsy with MAGA/Bannon/Nazi types already
I feel bad for Gavin or Whoever gets elected. They have to deal with that social media empire I just mentioned. It’s going to be hard to like Newsom when you get all your news from social media, and Twitter has brainwashed people into thinking he’s some slimy Patrick Bateman esque psychopath running California into the ground. I think the Twitter interns in charge of his accounts are doing the best they can, but the right lies, and then they push those lies, and then they parrot those lies and drown out any semblance of the truth.
