There are not many "red cities".
However, there are Republican-leaning rural areas with relatively high crime.
There are whole red counties throughout the South that are dangerous as Hell. Apparently you are unaware of the fact that we have a major drug epidemic in rural areas.

No because I'm not from the south and don't travel within those areas I don't know anything about them. Trump needs to send troops to those areas to make them safe.
