Sorry, this is just intellectually dishonest posting, especially when you consider that the majority of domestic violence since Trump got unaugurated has been from the right wing side....
I already had to go over this with some ignorant ass white people on Twitter...
Not to mention the Proud Boys, Oathkeepers, and other white supremacist/white nationalists groups are there and they've already been involved with violent spats against liberals...
And the cops are usually on their side.
They have Trump supporters in NYC, in the Northeast, and on the West Coast too.
This country isn't as liberal as we would like to think. Nor is it as progressive as we'd like to think either.
And some posters get mad at me for saying ALL 50 states in this country are racist, because white people are racist...it's in their nature. I'm sick and tired of having to hold my thoughts in as a black man. Even these liberal white people say they have to check themselves sometimes...which is good...but still it proves my point. White Americans aare raised in a society where they are socialized into racism.
And it just makes it uncomfortable as hell to try to gauge who is an out an open racist and who is not...you can't trust these people man.
I've talked to white liberals and told them that we can't do this on our own, we can't save you all the time, and it's not our job to fight or end racism.
The power has been in their hands the whole time.
That's why for me, this election and the Biden win just isn't as meaningful as when Obama won.
When Obama won, people had thought that we had truly ended racism in America.
White racists were sad...people were celebrating and crying in the streets.
Seeing Obama and his family in the white house that first week...it really made me think Black Americans had finally made in this country~!
But Trumpism was the response to that...they didn't want to see BLack folks rise up and do better...especially than them.
Too bad they had to fukk over the whole country and hold us hostage with their ignorant racist bullshyt.
