What you're more likely to see is state cessation. Texas, Florida, etc. Going their own way and taking chunks of the military with them. They can experiment with fascism within their own borders. I think deep down a lot of these Republicans want to be able to run their state like a kingdom, many of them already highly resent the federal govt and they lionize the people who lived in these states and were hesitant to join the union.

You're more likely to see the south declare itself a new confederacy, then fight the north again. A second Civil War. They'll of course lose because this time the European union will be down to contribute money if they've succeeded in shutting down the fascist elements in their own borders. I just don't see the whole country submitting to a fascist dictator. I see people assassinating judges, Republicans and business owners instead of just accepting the L and letting America turn into nazi Germany.

They stubbornly don't want to listen to the facts and evidence about subsidized school, child care, family leave etc. They want to believe that everything will be fine if they give millionaires unlimited power and don't let anyone without 6 figures vote in elections unless they're white.

We've seen what that got the Iraqis, we've seen what that got Appalachian America, but I don't think they'll learn their lesson unless they're forced to actually put this shyt into practice and watch as their colleagues get literally murdered by furious constituents who eventually realize these morons never had their interests in mind.

If Georgia seceded I could see billions of dollars in black money and talent moving to places like DC, Michigan and so on and giving the economies of these places a huge boost.
