You forgot the portions of his schedule his advisors call Executive Time which is when he sits in the residence part of the white house to watch news and tweet for a long time.

They said intelligence officers have to cut down their presentations and briefings to short bullet points because he is not able to listen to the whole briefing or large amounts of information.
