Tax increases are a very reasonable reasonable not to vote for Bernie, I never like when politicians say they're gonna cut taxes because it usually never really helps the middle class.
But if Bernie ends up hiking shyt up in a huge way to pay for his plans then he could be in trouble with the electorate even though it saves money on the budget by trillions and saves people money too.

I don't disagree with you. The crux of all I'm saying hinges on if Bernie doesn't win the democratic nomination. If he doesn't win the nom, imho, it's either be pragmatic or not. A president is going to be picked whether he wins the nom or not and a lot of decisions for the next 30 years will be decided off that.

With tax cuts we usually see shortfalls in budgets which then tend to heavily affect the poor which I'm against.
I think there was an article in the NYT about candidates being out of touch I think the number they worked off was 250k not sure if it was individual or family but it highlights the burden they're currently under I'll see if I saved it in my phone later....
I work for myself I just know if they keep increasing taxes on middle income people they're going to hurt my ability to expand and as it is the cost of doing business and living expenses are out of control. As it is lower tax brackets barely if ever pay federal tax. On top of state taxes, I have city taxes, federal taxes, and property taxes. The only saving grace I have is I don't work for a company so I don't get totally raped. I think about my poor mother who works for check and she loses north of 40k a year in taxes it's like what am I working for at that point? I guess I could max out my 401k every year, throw away money at deductions, and get myself to a lower bracket but I work to create things not to avoid the tax man. It's really frustrating even as things are today.
