There aint no younger Bernie breh. This is the last chance for the progressive movement in the Democratic party. So Hillary gets in and it's another 4-8 years of neo liberal politics.

Same old, same old since the 90s with no internet bubble in site.
That's where you lose me. If this movement is so powerful and has been brewing for years, all of a sudden it just dies with a Bernie loss :dead: this is the kind of statement that makes me think y'all are just Bernie stans and not actually about a "political revolution"

If it's really a movement and not just a Bernie Bro party there should be another Bernie being made right now or being influenced to run for higher office at the next chance now that they see the movement is actually viable. And he/she should be voted in with ease since the movement is so angry and vast.

You have a literally once in a life time chance to take control of the Supreme Court for the majority of your prime and your children's prime to continue to move the country in a more liberal direction. IF Bernie loses the nom, that would be stupid to pass up unless you think Hillary is going to appoint a bunch of Republicans.

Bernie doesn't bother me. The short sided supporters, self hating black stans, and racist white liberal stans do.

I don't know why you keep including me in this stuff. I know everything you said. I'm just not a dumbass and don't think it's worth it to give up the Supreme Court to the republicans for 30 years all cause Bernie lost when you can get in a younger version of him in a few years with a liberal court.

I also don't fancy calling my own people, including family members c00ns, but different strokes for different folks :yeshrug:

Your super stans don't realize they have all the momentum on their side and are unwilling to take the stand up double cause they want a home run right now or the world is over to them. And AGAIN that's not saying don't vote for Bernie. I don't give a fukk. I'm talking about if he doesn't end up winning the nomination.

The sands are running out on Hillary type candidates. I think that's pretty obvious. IF Bernie loses its up to the super stans whether they are willing to prove they are actually apart of a movement or just Bernie stans.

*waits for you to continue defending the vitriolic and racist rants of Bernie stans as justifiable anger while not doing the same for others like Trump supporters*
I include you because you tacitly support Hillary supporters and their stances, and then you flip to talking about the most extreme Sanders supporters to try to take higher ground and cover up your caping for Hillary supporters. Like I said, it's fukking weird. According to recent polling only 7% of Sanders supporters say they would consider voting Trump. 48% said they would support Hillary (already). Where do you think the rest would land when it's official? In other words, you keep giving life to a fictional reality. It's ridiculous. You're getting tagged until you stop giving light to those people. They barely exist. Everything else you said after that is irrelevant. Until you stop running with this narrative to make whatever point that no one but Hillary supporters are vouching for, any Sanders supporter will look at you funny and they SHOULD. It's just disingenuous. Your entire complaint is based on like 30 people on the internet. You're basically creating this false doomsday scenario to try to tell people to get in line (even if you don't mean) to. It's just another branch of HIllary's "electability" argument. You're creating a false world where all Sanders supporters are entirely irrational. No one in a swing state who gives a damn is voting Trump or any Republican. It's such an asinine assertion that anyone entertaining it just wants online fukkery. And you all keep harping on it to cover up for the lack of substantive reasons to support Hillary. Anyone who promotes that shyt should be tagged, good dude or not.

Second, all your vitriolic and racist complaints is once again, sideways caping for Hillary. Hillary supporters on Twitter are vicious and embark on the same shyt. They cover up her insensitivity on race, the LGBT community, etc. The difference between Sanders and Clinton is that one person is actively using the first black president as a shield and then throwing him under the bus when it doesn't suit her. I never caped for Sanders supporters, and I checked them consistently, but you see what you want. To quote Sanders, "check my record." My posts are right there, do a search. You're made that Sanders supporters have said some shyt about black people when Hillary supporters did the same thing in 08? How many times do I have to say that Democratic candidates' white supporters always pop off at minorities when you don't support them. Why are you suddenly mad now?

Where talking about the progressive movement in the Democratic Party. It's strong in the USA but it lies in a younger age group. You can't expect 18-35 year olds to just be ready for the Presidency. But the Democratic Party is far and away from being progressive unless they need to move that way for a short period to win votes. Government shifts right now and I don't see Hillary changing that unless she has some enlightenment period.

Now you got them scaring you guys over this Supreme Court shyt when she's gonna have the same litmus test as Obama. Support Gay Marriage and Abortion and the rest is center-right. Hillary is not for a fairer economic system, she's not all the way in on the environment if she supports fracking, she's still with the private prison industry, and she might be for campaign finance reform but it's hard to believe that with all the money she's getting. Yall aren't getting hippy judges or even liberal judges, you're getting center right judges who might go a different way depending on the case and you might not always be in the right.

:mjlol: to the first paragraph. So the angry, fact checking youth brigade you just touted now is going to go out and vote for Hillary? Hopefully these weren't the same polls that said Hillary was winning Michigan.

:mjlol: at the second paragraph. You're caping for Bernie stans ripping off on all sorts of tirades. They are actually lucky half the people they are calling "c00ns" or "black people too stupid to vote for their own interest" can't even see it because they probably aren't on those social media outlets. And ironically these would be the same people they would need to come over to vote for Bernie in the general. You never cape for them? You were just justifying their "anger" a few posts ago. Again if you think their anger is justified, so is Trump supporters, but I have a feeling you think differently about them. The only difference is you like Bernie so you are willing to excuse the vitriol and racism.

And I dont recall defending Hillary supporters for anything other than the right to vote for who they choose. A concept that seems to elude Bernies super stans while they complain, at home, on their keyboards on voting days.

So the progressive movement is just Bernie sanders :mjlol: if the movement has only one political candidate (who happens to be damn near 80 years old) then I don't think it's much of a movement. I don't think this is the case however.

The only way your movement is dying is if the angry, fact checking, Instagram youth of today take their ball and go home just because Bernie lost.

So who were these people going to be voting for in midterms then? I guess no one since Bernie is the only true progressive and they aren't about voting for people who they don't align with politically.

Edit: and on the Supreme Court. Again all this is IF IF IF IF IF Bernie loses. I'd prefer Hillary making nominations over Cruz :merchant: or Trump appointing Mark Cuban and Scalia Jr to fukk over me and my kids for the next couple decades. But again I don't hate Hillary with the fire of a thousands Suns like the rest of you :manny: If Bernie loses the world is gonna keep spinning and it'd be in everyone's best interest to recognize that lest we have Judge Cuban passing down the hoody law.

You're just completely ignoring everything I said, that's fine though.

So I'll just post this.
Congressional Progressive Caucus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is people who support Bernie but alot of them still have Super PACs and swing toward being center-right when need be.

I don't trust the current Democratic Party just like the GOP, if you do that's fine. If you trust Hillary to appoint progressive judges that's your right.

But I just wanted to be clear that everything she stands for changes by the week, so don't be surprised if she runs another okie doke on the people again. And I don't hate Hillary I'm sure she's a nice old lady but as a politician she represents the same lies and corruption that needs to fazed out of Washington. Like I've been saying Bernie ain't no saint, but I'll ride with his stances on the issue over just being a pragmatist all day.

If you're their so-called ally and you're enthusiastically supporting Hillary Clinton and telling them to "wait" for things they believe in for another 20 or 30 years then they will view you as the enemy. To these people you ARE their enemy. You DO NOT support the same thing. I think a lot of you guys are getting mad because you see yourselves as progressives, but you are not by their standards and not even by the standards Obama put forward with the last budget he introduced (just as a point). You are telling people who just saw the Tea Party takeover overnight and the LGBT movement get marriage equality within 15 years to wait 30 years for their time. You really think that is going to happen without anger? You think this pacifist and environmentalist generation is going to wait for you to stop fracking? The fact is, I, and most people in my generation are registering as independents for a reason. We are not Democrats and right now you're watching a fight between two factions that should not belong in the same party. That's why the shouting at "allies" is stupid. We're not allies. We just both hate Republicans more. Both sides are expecting something from the other that is not in their being.

Who is mad? Why are you confusing disagreement with anger?

Im gonna be honest, i dont see myself as progressive if its being defined by these outrageous tax rates im seeing people float around that will support Bernie's plans. Im of the age where im voting for my own and my families interests. That 15K tax hike for people in my tax bracket can kick rocks all day every day. Sure people like me need to pay more to support people who dont make nearly as much as us but you know what, i dont really care. :yeshrug: Just keeping it 100. There is so much else that could be cut in the federal budget before im asked to chip in one extra cent that until they decide to tackle those issues im against raising my taxes. If a candidate uttered the words "military budget cuts and closure of bases" i would be right on board with chipping in. But they aint trying to have that discussion so i aint trying to hear tax hike.

If younger people want to support Bernie, go for it. Ill vote for whoever is on the ticket listed as D. Just make sure you show up again in the midterms with people like me so we can get some more left leaning people in congress. Just showing up every 4 years to show your anger at the system status quo is not enough. Thats my beef with the youth. Put your money where your mouth is and be committed about making change.

Bruh, the black people in you're own state didn't feel that way. The south caught the feelings over those comments, but southerners (all races) are the most thin skinned people out there.

Bernie's tax hikes don't seem sustainable, I have a feeling you'll end up seeing increases in the lower brackets and the upper brackets despite of what has been said/posted.

As it is the middle class is getting crushed under taxes.

I'm self employed so I can't clearly see how his policies will affect me at this time but an increase in taxes means I'll have less to invest in expansion which defeats the purpose of working for yourself to begin with. Shame on you Mr. Sanders. If anything people making less than 800k agi and small business owners need tax cuts.
