it makes 100% sense to their "alternative facts" audience.... remember, these are the same people that blamed obama when gas prices were high... then when gas prices got lower again, said the president has no impact on gas prices.... they do the same mental gymnastics with every issue/situation.... these people live in a black and white world where every problem is the result of liberals/minorities and anything good that happens under their leadership was just a fluke.... let's face it, conservatives play to their audience far better than liberals play to theirs.....
