There's no fukking "DEI" umbrella, you mental defect. You are blatantly pushing their racist distortion of reality. The whole "DEI" framing is bullshyt. This research wasn't some diversity seminar or hiring program. It was a medical study on sickle cell disease, which disproportionately affects Black people. That's not "unlawful discrimination," that's targeted medical care based on who the disease actually harms the most.I feel fine.
First of all this is an example why this program should not have been under the umbrella of DEI, which DEI includes Hispanics/Asians/White Women/Gay/Trans, etc. This is Bidens fault and he should not have placed this under DEI, this should have been a lineage base tangible.
DEI was another example of everybody else benefiting off of Black people struggles, and Dr. Oyedeji proved what we have been saying:
"A sickle cell project won’t just benefit a person with sickle cell," Oyedeji said. "It’s going to benefit people that have other accelerated aging conditions, other blood disorders, other disorders of older adults; So, it’s not just about one population.”

This is a deliberate attempt to derail life-saving research by pretending that acknowledging racial health disparities is somehow unfair. And your stupid, useless ass is going along with it, just to maintain your delusion. That kind of logic would never be applied to diseases that mainly affect white populations.
Your dishonest and stupidity is infuriating.
You're regurgitating bad-faith bullshyt with the smug confidence of someone too up their own ass to realize they're playing mouthpiece for white nationalists.Your incorrect because DEI is an umbrella term
DEI is the umbrella term for the programs, policies, strategies, and practices that support a company’s mission to create and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that respects and accommodates every employee.
Diversity represents the differences within the organization, and covers:
Race
Ethnicity
Sexual orientation
Gender identity
Physical ability
Religion
Age
Marital status
Socioeconomic status
National origin
Veteran status
Marginalized groups
Diversity is about making sure your organization represents a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
Equity makes sure that every employee is treated fairly and has the same opportunities for advancement as everyone else. Some groups experience more barriers to full participation in work than others, and equity identifies and aims to eliminate those barriers.
While equality aims to treat everybody the same, equity provides everyone with what they need to be successful.
Inclusion is when every individual, or group of individuals, feels they belong in their workplace – they, and their contributions, are welcome, respected, valued, recognized and supported

If Biden/Kamala did not place Sickle Cell Research under DEI the funding would not have been cut.
Hemophilia A & B primary affects the Caucasian race, but Biden/Kamala did not place Hemophilia Research under DEI, and Hemophilia Research funding was not cut.

slight correction. if she has kids with another carrier then there's a 25% chance of the baby having the full disease for each pregnancy. as someone with the trait myself, it usually doesn't impact your day to day. just have to be careful with strenuous exercise in highly pressurized environments (hiking mountains, scuba diving, etc.)My daughter is a carrier. If she has kids with another carrier it’s a wrap. What’s crazy is how it can skip generations or branches of the family tree. My dad’s cousin had it and died from it. My daughter is the first person to even have the trait manifest itself in decades.
