It has to work it's way down the ladder. What Biden did didn't help the industry at all and this should've been the move. But anyway it's getting closer to full legalization. It was a time where we couldn't even see something like this happening. I remember going to the mall in DC during 4th of July way before DC legalized weed and you could smoke all you wanted in a designated space with police from 50 different agencies all around you and they couldn't legally do shyt to you. Now people from all walks of life smoking out in the open any day or night of the week without a care in the world. Baby steps are better than no steps.Doesn't decriminalize it.
