what kind of stuff do you want to marinate?
sesame oil is really good in asian marinades but a little goes a long way
brines also always work well for me with turkey and chicken
plus you can always cure stuff too with just salt and your choice of sugar. Home cured salmon with rosemary :wow:

sesame oil is really good in asian marinades but a little goes a long way
brines also always work well for me with turkey and chicken
plus you can always cure stuff too with just salt and your choice of sugar. Home cured salmon with rosemary :wow:

Dry aged rib eye pan seared in butter with a rosemary black pepper sea salt crust :wow:

French Chicken in the Pot...very easy to make and the taste is divine....go ham with the rosemary and it's heaven.
