I'm only asking from personal experience as my old Jamaican manager and one of the very few black people at my previous job had it out for me, building a case, harassing me weekly and eventually getting me fired.

I've also dealt with other prior experiences with non-FBAs being a lot more harsh on me than my non black peers.
