Tryna make my car Bluetooth compatible.

I'm not about to gut out my head unit though.
I wanna play music through my car speakers and talk on the phone via Bluetooth.
I been looking at a couple receivers and adapters but I need y'all input before I make the final decision.
I have aux cord and battery outlet if necessary

I have a bb gateway but i was gonna get my girl this because of the bluetooth calling and the sticky pad.

She has mini cooper so it will look better in her car
