Anybody who ranked this dude under 8 is looking funny in the light. He did more than AJ, Omega or any of these other clowns do 
I'm going to give 2 Cold a solid 8.
He was one of the most underrated high flyers to grace professional wrestling and it's unfortunate that he doesn't get the props he truly deserves. His work in WCW was mindblowing for its time and his ECW work...whew
. Once he head to the WWF it was officially a wrap with that racist ass booking (Flash Funk
). I still can't get over that Golddust segment with him being in blackface while Flash Funk was like wtf 
.
Promo wise, dude was ok at best. You know the deal, all smiles and dance routines. Bottom line he should be in the HOF or at least acknowledge for not only his workrate but that godtier modified moonsault.

Ring-8- This might be higher if he didn't spend so much time wrestling bums. If he was in WCW in 97-98 maybe hes a 9-10 with a great catalog. As is, he could do a lot of cool sh1t in the ring, was an innovator, and had a handful of great matches. His ECW matches with Eddie and WCW match vs Benoit are some of my favorites. He had some good tag matches with Bagwell, also.
Mic- 4. Not much to say here. He's a basic wrestler on the mic.
Star Quality/Charisma- 7. His look/gimmick/promos were nondescript. His ring presence was average to above average, but what he could do puts him at a 7. People would definitely be sold on his character halfway into a match.

I googled and googled and finally found it. It was actually a triple threat match, 2 Cold Scorpio vs AJ Styles vs Chris Sabin at a 3PW event titled "Till We Meet Again" (10/16/04)

-Personality/gimmicks 6. 2 Cold was cool. Flash Funk felt like a mockery. He tried hard t make it work though.
-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds) Pretty good worker imo. High flying skills were off the charts and pretty innovative. Should have had more love. Fatal 4 Way with Jericho, Shane, and Pitbull is my all time favorite match. Followed by his solo effort against Douglass and Sabu in ECW.
-Overall rating (which doesn't have to be an average of the above scores)7.
