GOAT tag team.

Anvil was the loud, amped up brute and Hitman was the reserved, confident ring technician. Their styles and personalities complimented each other.

They were great as either babyfaces or heels.

As a tag team they covered every angle. Had the power, had the speed, had the technicality, had the look... you could argue that the promos could've been improved, but when everyone ends with this, what the fukk are you gonna improve?

Here they are giving a bit of that Hart shine to a little known tag outfit called the Road Warriors.

The only detraction you could come up with is that Anvil never got further than being the power man of a tag team ("Did the team prove beneficial for each member's career path?"). Bret Hart went on to be one of the greatest singles guys of all time.

But being the power man/personality of a GOAT tag team back when tag team wrestling meant something isn't a bad peak. May have been all they were after.
