Tumblr vs Instagram

[I Really Mean It]

Is it just me or is Tumblr far superior. Building up my Instagram page, I've been taking a lot of shyt I find on Tumblr, and the engagement has been crazy. I used to scour various pages on Instagram, but I am finding that the images on Tumblr are far more natural, of an organic quality that lends an authenticity that the imagery on Instagram is lacking. And, obviously, I understand that what's on one platform could be on another, but there are a lot of images on Tumblr that seem at home. So, when I repost them on my Instagram account, the response from people is like, "WOW!"

Strangely, I don't even have a Tumblr. I just use the service to collect images that inspire me.

Tumblr was the better platform. To be frank, they tried closing the floodgates on porn too late.
