the beats are totally different but they use the same sample.He sampled the whole beat? come on now
besides that loop, the drums are differnet, All Eyez On Me has a different feel (darker) and more emphasis on the bassline. for all we know the the beats were both made years before they were used as records for Nas & Pac. personally i like AllEyez On Me more

Pac and it isn't close. You can actually use the hooks in these two songs to illustrate how wide the margin is between the two.

Not even a big PAC fan, but when I listen to his version, I can't even fukk with nas's. nas version is corny compared to pacs.
I'll go with NaS but no need to shyt on pac's version. Both legendary. And who knows who got the beat first. It's a possibility NaS could've been sitting on the beat,while pac with is goat work ethic,knocked it out quick. Doesn't matter because you get two great songs with two different vibes
