Afeni mismanaged the legacy. His music is worth over 100 million and couldnt leverage it, she couldnt even give us her promised unreleased pac music, gave us subpar posthumous albums, let tasf die, etc.

Yeah the fact there's dozens of unheard songs unreleased is based on incompetence by those running his estate

tried to visit it in summer 2014 when I was down there. No answer to the phone but we still went and the grass looked like a jungle and the gate was chained. 
we waited like 30 mins thinking someone was on lunch and hadn't came back yet since it was still operating hours
We went to the back to get a view of the statue but weren't bold enough to do what these dudes did lol
