For this game, we'll take the team mentioned below, and turn them into a chip contender given there cap space and draft status. If you deem a team can't be turned into a contender, you can opt to blow it up. All trades and signings have to be realistic.

Key Players Locked Up: Teague and Hortford
Draft picks: Two first rounders in both 2014 and 2015.
Expirings: Elton Brand($4million)
My Suggestion:
Play out this year, trade Millsap to the Clippers for JJ Reddikk; Malik Waayans,Ryan Hollins, and a the Clippers 2016 1st rounder.Tank next year, if the Hawks don't get a franchise player in the draft, trade Hortford.
