Feel like i'm gonna look up and see that man in the black hood one night. I have been inactive for like a year now, but i've been feeling a bit strange, as if i've lost some of my power. Had to walk a couple miles and my goddamn legs are sore as fukk. That was two days ago. Was playing ball last week against these white guys and ran out of one of my shoes brehs. Still got the block, but i had to extend like a muthafukka. Then the final dagger, last night, i was trying to adjust my laptop cord behind my couch and fell. I just laid there bros for like 3 hours. Couldn't even summon the will to move. Every post of mine on here from like eleven pm after from last night was made from behind a fukking couch.

I'm about to get back in the gym and start my cardio back up, but can the brehs that are over 30 talk about the level of fitness i can expect once i start going hard again? I used to hoop for hours with no problem or do anything athletically, but i feel like bruce wayne in The Dark Knight Rises right now before he got whooped up on by bane.

Isn't the common talk around 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity a day? Change up your diet and be consistent. Stretching is very helpful.

Do you go to the doctor regularly? It may cost but you'll be alive with debt at least.

your 30's should be some of the most enjoyable years of your life mang. Make them count.

Bruh...I have 4 children, I'm 36....and I'm in excellent shape....watch what you eat, take it easy on the alcohol, go out and walk for at least 30 minutes or hit the gym....I will say though having 4 kids keeps me active as fukk....especially with my 3 boys....

Do you feel energetic throughout the day, and do you lift?

I'm 38 and I'm doing pretty well. I've never been athletic but I train 6 days a week and haven't had much issue.

I think it's going t be more lifestyle based in the sense you eventually won't have much room for error as someone younger. A younger person can be more liberal on drinking, nutrition and sleep where that margin closes as you get older. You just have to be smart and manage through it.

I really made a shift to training as opposed to losing weight around 34 so its more than doable.
