It looks better than any COD before it, so to just dismiss it because you can play BF4 with @posterchild336 is pretty

Truth be told I still don't know why both Sony and MS didn't include Backwards Compatibility on both systems AT LAUNCH. That way everybody could've ate off of the previous gen till the real next gen meals started dropping.

That's how it was with the 360 (played Halo 2 till Halo 3 dropped) and PS3 (played assorted ps2 games till the heat started dropping there)

Neither system came out the gate with BC. Well, Sony did before removing it because they "thought" that was the reason why the PS3 wasn't selling well (as opposed to the $600 entry price)
Xbox had to do it via software emulation which obviously took a little time.

I mean, I'm just saying... why cop a next gen system, and buy COD over BF4? Especially if you've never experienced BF on PC before with the 64 player matches, 60fps and just all out detail of destruction?
There are plenty of guys who never got into BF before this gen who got it this time around and who are loving it. OP was specifically told not to get COD and now he's bored... oh well

I think Sony is trying to rectify that backwards compatibility with the Playstation now thing. Microsoft I heard was doing something similar. That would open not only PS3 games to PS4 owners but to PS Vita and Tablet owners as well meaning win/win for everyone who missed out on PS1-PS3 piff.

Right now I'm sure the majority of cats on PS4/XB1 are playing Watchdogs, BF4, NBA2k, Fifa, COD and some Titanfall(lets be honest I doubt many people still playing it over BF4. )

I think this "no games™" thing is overblown as people just simply associate Sony's quietness vs Microsoft basically revealing all their games early last year as Sony having less games when Sony actually has more first party studios making games that simply aren't announced yet. Plus last year Sony released a ton of games on PS3 so these devs just got started up on PS4.

One of my best friends has both, but stays on COD all day. And he wasn't into COD that much last gen

EDIT i realize that this is also because when ps3 came out i could still play ps2 games on it but i still went ham on resistance and mk2 until warhawk dropped :dro:

stop buying these systems in the first year...they will keep releasing these systems with a shyt choice of games if you guys keep breaking records buying systems with no games

thats why Sony was bold enough to actually put out a system at 600 with no real games on it because they know their fans are sheep when it comes to the playstation

you should have put that money towards an HTPC and bought a wii u instead and wait until either xbox or playstation comes out with exclusives worth it

Warhawk came out in Aufust 2007 fam, almost a year later.

I'm caking off BF4, The Show, and Infamous Second Son was dope. There's still a good backlog of games I gotta finish on the triple - a very good system I might add. PS Plus keeping us fed so good on the triple.
