TV show: Jimmy Fallon to replace Jay Leno. Howard Stern to replace Jimmy Fallon

NEW YORK, March 6 (UPI) -- NBC is talking with Howard Stern about taking over "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" if Fallon takes over "The Tonight Show," the New York Post reported.

Citing sources close to Stern, the newspaper said the shock jock is "being groomed" to replace Fallon, who is reported to be in line to replace Jay Leno on "Tonight" when Leno's contract expires in 2014.

Stern has his own satellite radio show and is a judge on "America's Got Talent."

His agent, Don Buchwald, declined to comment in the report, as did NBC's late night programming chief Doug Vaughan, the Post said Wednesday.

I love it Howard Stern is gonna be off the air in 3 years and is still young so i think he would love to do TV. He easily is the best interviewer ive ever heard and he would bring a huge audience with him. it would be more of an adult program

Howard Stern hates Leno too the only thing that sucks is him being on so late i work at 7am

Howard 2014...but I don't see him doing it...plus, no way would he take that weak time slot..if he did have a talk show, he'd probably want that Leno/kimmel slot

He barely can work more then a few days a week on radio anymore no way he does both he either doesnt take it or if he does he quits radio
