Ohio twin brothers were charged after video captured on a phone allegedly revealed them attacking a woman near a bar.

According to WFMJ, 49-year-old Bryan and Ryan Moore of Youngstown, Ohio were arraigned Friday after an alleged attack on a woman outside the Social Bar on Commerce Street.

Authorities told the outlet that video captured on a phone showed one of the suspects holding the victim's head to a street curb, while the other stomped her head outside of the Social Bar.

When speaking to law enforcement, a cousin of the victim said they had left the bar early in the morning and were allegedly followed by the twins, who had allegedly been making advances on the woman throughout the evening, per WFMJ.

A physical altercation occurred when the victim began punching one of the twins, with the victim's cousin telling police she pepper-sprayed one of the brothers, the outlet reported.

Authorities told WFMJ that video shows the woman's head being stomped not long before law enforcement arrived at the scene, with a police report reviewed by WMFJ stating that the victim was unable to move or speak following the alleged attack.

According to the outlet, Ryan Moore was taken into custody at the scene, while Bryan Moore was found hiding near a building entrance on another street. Authorities said a baggie of suspected cocaine was discovered in a clear phone case in his possession at the time, per the station's report.

Bryan Moore is facing the following charges, per WFMJ:

Felonious assault

Drug possession

Ryan Moore was charged with the following, according the outlet:

Felonious assault

The suspects were taken to the Mahoning County Justice Center and will have a preliminary hearing on August 25.

According to WFMJ, although the female victim appeared to have thrown the first punches, authorities have decided not to charge her due to her physical and mental state.
