It’s a huge difference between murder and voluntary manslaughter. It doesn’t have to exonerate him but his defense will claim self defense and given the new evidence the prosecutor may offer him a deal to plead out to voluntary manslaughter. With time served and a minimum 5 year charge he could be out in as early as 3.

People give their opinion on what is presented to them. The facts as they were first reported made him look like a demon. We would NEVER be able to comment on any story because RARELY are we given all the facts, especially early on. And in many instances we NEVER get all the facts.
