It also matters what happened before this beatdown. Did he ask for her number and she said no but you can get these hands and feet nyqqa and the beatdown started? Ok then the prosecutor needs to drop the case. Or did she deny him and he smacked her first and THEN the beatdown started? Then that sounds like a manslaughter case. Was there a cooling off period? Who initiated the violence? This video just removes the idea that her and her girls just stood around peacefully while he stabbed her to death.

That’s the point I was inching towards. They wouldn’t send it to the court. The courts already have this. It’s not like the family got exclusive never seen camera footage.

Pulling camera footage is the first thing the police and attorneys would have done. Whatever is seen vs what each side claims happened is already known.
