Kyle came to the same conclusion as TheColi did a while back. Twitter is filled with bot activity and Indians and SE Asians posing as white supremacists with Roman and anime avatars.



A study conducted in 2022 found that at the time Twitter was composed of between 24-37% bot activity.

tl;dr: we estimate 24–37% of daily active Twitter users (that tweet) are bot accounts as of May 17, 2022. We arrived at this number by doing a “flash experiment” 24-hour hackathon to bring some rigor and evidence into this viral conversation.
