Break up families, sow distrust between genders, keep it simmering, throw more money at one over the other for "higher education", don't tell them about the mountains of debt on the back end, don't mention the stress/health/psychological problems that inevitably follow, thinkpieces galore on "value" pinned to not who has stability in their family life but on earning potential, you don't need xyz you're strong you're independent you're in control girl powaaaaaaahhhh...
Think through that recipe and tell me what you come up with. Especially since the ones spoon-fed that dreck are raising children through 2-3 generations of that dysfunction.
