A record label isn't a basketball team so none of her assists count for shyt. He signed her and his responsibility was to make her the biggest artist he possibly could, but he clearly wasn't interested in doing that. It was about him and his movement.

Irv had just as much responsibility to cadillac tah and dem as ashanti she wasn’t the only artist
If an ashanti feature helped another murder inc artist get a hit record thats a win for the label and he’s doing his job right
His interest should be in growing the label not one particular artist that’s her management teams job
I have no personal interest in this btw its my opinion from a business standpoint
He has a responsibility to all of them SEPERATELY. She didn't sign a group deal. It's just bad business. You've probably seen and heard about so much bad business in the hip-hop industry that you're desensitized, Her momentum should never stop to get an unknown artist off the ground.
