A 13- and 14- year old stab a woman to death and are probably driving around in her car at 1 a.m. Not much detail yet, This story is going to get bad from the looks of it

Glover said authorities initially had thought the suspects were in their late teens after viewing the surveillance video.

"To actually find out they were 13 and 14 was a shock," Glover said.

Maybe im overreacting but not surprised anymore, kids at that age are capable of doing this and more.
