I own 2 dogs and they are my right hand nikkas fr… I do like dogs BUT…… make no mistake about it. If a powerful dog is trying to attack me or mine or even my dogs and I got the blikky on me, then damn right, I’m gunning that MF down…. Come on breh those dogs were clearly hostile, apparently police investigation concluded with them saying what the shooter says matches with other witnesses. A dog could be drooling at the mouth seeking blood and stupid owners will be saying it’s ok he don’t bite his a friendly dog.

A lot of dog owners who end up in this situation assume that because their dog isn't aggressive to them that it won't be aggressive to others.

Training a dog so it obeys involves psychologically breaking it. You have to discipline it consistently until it has been conditioned to act the way you want it to. When you see a well behaved and non hostile dog, believe hours and hours of work went into making it that way. You may even have to do things that border on cruelty. A friend of mine had to pin her dog multiple times until it learned not to growl or approach her child and now her daughter is older and the dog listens to her very easily. Totally different animal from when they got him.

A lot of people aren't actually ready for the responsibility of owning an animal. These people got their dog killed and I hope they're prohibited from having animals for at least 3-5 years and even then they should be forced to provide proof that they've done responsible owner training.
