I keep telling black folks u can’t be out here doing the same shyt white people do

they have their court system

and

we have our hell system

shyt there have been countless articles breaking down this exact topic and even then white people will still deny we live in two Americas. When it's a white person they get the "well they're good people that just made a mistake" treatment. If it's one of us it's "lock that thug up".

I seem to recall there was a story posted on this board not long ago, where a retired elderly Michigan Black Judge regretted giving a Black offender more time than she gave a White offender for committing a similar crime. Of course now that she is old and off the bench she can now see the error in evil ass foul ways.

What I don't understand is why do some Black people keep putting themselves in position to get screwed over by this evil ass system.

I mean.... That’s one out of how many? I know black judges in Birmingham that stay looking out(as much as they can). Not sure why this wouldn’t be indicative for the majority of black judges...... and of course all of em aren’t gonna be solid.....

Facts, the few black judges with the fortitude to try to practice blind justice they try to get them out the paint. Shout out to Judge Olu Stevens

Some black judges will be harsher out of spite, especially if they came from that environment or know someone who still does.

Then there’s another factor. Some judges will be harsh to avoid appearing biased.
