Imagine what it was like to experience a typhoon/hurricane before all our weather monitoring technology.

Imagine thinking "damn the clouds look particularly dark today" only for you to start getting hit with winds constantly climbing up to finally something like 150 mph. This shyt must have been scary as hell to witness.
