She aint a dime but her accomplishments are super impressive for a woman in a male dominated industry, that moves her up a point. On the flip side, if she was a below average looking women with the same brains she wouldn't have got to the position shes in. Same thing in Engineering, if you're a woman an know 75% as much as the average guy companies will break down doors to hire you.
