Not sure if it was Buckley learning as much as it was Usman being dead tired and unable to complete the takedowns. Buckley didn't even look that great on the feet either. His striking is kind of overrated to me. Really don't see him ever being a champion.
I don't see him as a fluke I see him as a force. Like Khalil roundtree. He just has to get better on the ground and he will be a problem for pretty much anyone with his hands and feet.

Agreed, buck didn't learn nuthing quick Usman was gassed. If you notice he was statting to just stand in centre of ring. Head movement stopped. His kicks to keep distance stopped.

Agree as on Buckley's striking. I was expecting better. Lots of wild punches. Usman is not a natural boxer and many times the counter punch was there and Buckley was using poor angles so cldnt nail the counter. That 5th round Usman a chin was there for tbe KO and Buckley cldnt find it. And a cpl times Usman just ate the shot clean and Buckley didnt follow up with a combo or anything. Just landed and then stopped to admire the shot and pray it dropped him.

I know Usman been talking about title shots and 1 last run but when he started to get emotional I was low key hoping he was gonna retire in a win. I dunno if I can see him get ko'd again.
Once u get dropped like that Edwards kick your chin and head is never the same. And couple times when be got hit by Huck his head n body just froze there but Buck never followed up.
