Been watching these white fearmongers like Bull Boom Bear Bust, Randy Patrick talk about the housing market being a bubble for the past 3 years while I kept saving and home prices continued to rise.
If housing prices continue to grow another 20% over the next 2 years then dips 5% in 2024, is that really a housing crash? What trailer trash and people living paycheck-to-paycheck are praying for is somehow, a large percentage of homeowners are going to get foreclosed on and home prices are going to fall back to 2012 levels so they can get in the game. Unfortunately for them, that math doesn't add up at all.
