Yes you can But they might just send you the newest model in your size. I sent in a pair of grey scale neon air max 95s that had a blown air bubble and they sent me back a pair of some ugly orange air max 95s that I ended up selling on ebay.

They'll give you store credit, just go to any Nike store. The bubble in my 2012 lance armstrong Max's popped and they gave me store credit. Wack part was that i paid $174 + tax for my Armstrongs and they only gave me $130 credit :scustai:
