Yeah it was hell when NY had that. Happened to me several times before they declared it unconstitutional. In recent years I’ve gotten more comfortable (to an extent) walking around.

What Boris is doing now is what I said I strongly believe would happen the second they spoke of cutting social services and those rumors that were out there about them complaining about too many Black immigrants in the NHS.

In the UK, the NHS is the biggest employer of Black people the same way in America that the local,state and federal government is the biggest employer of Black people. Same way when we hear of them wanting to “cut government” being a code word for taking things from Black people, they wanna start doing the same in health care

If they gut social services especially health care that will go towards funding the police military industrial complex. That’s why I brought up Clinton in the 90s. Prior to him, it was mainly usually the SWAT teams of the 80s that had advanced weapons they used for drug raids and Clinton in the 90s basically increased that for regular everyday police.

In this period of fascism people need to understand that anytime new leadership arises in a country and speaks of cutting social services, they plan to use that money for the police so they can wage war against Black people.

They usually didn't search girls though so we made them hold everything.

The crowd I was in made a pretty good case for stop and frisk, but we were a VERY SMALL minority. And it's still emasculating as fukk.

I think the crime rate continued to decline AFTER they stopped the S&F policy,too. Nobody wants crime, but NYPD and other police dept.s have shown that they key to crime reduction is smarter policing and engagement wit the community.
It's not an either or situation like politicians try to portray it.......either we use stop and frisk or the criminals will take over. That's exploiting people's fears to pass legislation that they would otherwise question or challenge.
